    Please can someone kindly advise the relevant mailing address for the above.

    I couldn't find anything on their website confirming address.

    It states on their privacy policy (bottom of the page) that you need to contact them by telephone or using the contact for. You can click on the "Contact Us" link then call one of the relevant numbers or click on the "Contact us by email". I believe they will send you out a form to fill in and for you to enclose your cheque.

          Got some misc amounts appearing on my statement regarding some arrears on my account.

          I contacted Customer Services and they stated that the amounts were in relation to a couple of visits that I was unaware of. They said that it was not a requirement to leave anything at the address as I requested proof.

          Only received a letter that advised that they may send someone but no definate date but still would have thought something would have been left to be charged for.

            I fail to see that they can charge for a visit you knew nothing about.
            I would query this with them.
            Most of the time they will remove the charges if they cannot prove that anyone did actually attend.

            Most companies that I know of always leave a calling card to prove that they did in fact make a visit
