Hi I just got a CCJ from Restons Solicitors on belhalf of cabot for halifax overdraft for over 3600 and I was paying them through debt management till June 2015. when i send cca request to them as well as others, cabot didn't even acknowledge the letter and i sent further for account in dispute letter again they didn't acknowledge the letter. so i stop the payment. now they have send me a CCJ? and i already sent them CPR.14. please tell me what do i do now?
