    Does anyone know if "Crossed fingers" I win my case for unfair charges,backdated 6Years.Can I claim for the failed DD charges they are still charging me since before Christmas

        Is your case already in the court system?

        If not then add all the newest charges to your claim when you file at court.

        If it is, and it's stayed, Then if (When) the Oft win then they will be paid to you with the ones on your claim and if they're not then you can add them on a revised POC (I think that costs).

        If I'm wrong then someone will be along to correct me

          Thanks Shooter.My case is stayed at the moment,but if or when the oft win I will be adding the bank charges since before Christmas
