Has anyone any experience in dealing with London Parking Solutions Limited?
My wife received a PCN (which they describe as a Parking Charge Notice) in December 2015 (dated 11 December, we received it approx 22/23 December). Read up about them and ignored it, as most people suggested. £100 of £60 if paid in 14 days
Now received a letter from UCS (Ultimate Customer Solutions) chasing the debt, adding a £60 admin fee and threatening legal action if £160 is not paid.
Reviewed the photos taken by LPS - which show the car parked but also shots of my wife walking through the car park - not even near the car - so assume someone sat there, watched her park, took pictures with the sole intention of penalising her.
    Any suggestions?

Can you scan everything up (suitably sanitise it) then post it up ?

Sadly you have missed any appeal deadline. File everything and see if they (LPS) send a letter before action or court papers. Crap from debt collection parasites should be filed away and will eventually stop.

The number of court claims is low http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/Londo...Solutions.html

                    Re: London Parking Solutions PCN

I was going to send a letter back and just refuse to pay on the grounds that the car was stopped for 8 minutes (first photo 11:42, last one at 11:50) and cost is unreasonable.
Also, to take 15 photos of the car, and also of my wife walking to and from the car - surely the reasonable thing to do is tell someone not to park or they will be penalised? How they can get away with deliberately catching people out is beyond me.

But will ignore for time being and see if anything comes of it

Thanks again for all the advice
