  • how do i fill a court claim form in?

I have received a court claims form from the claims guys! I totally dispute the amount of fees that they have charged .They were no help whatsoever and there customer service is appalling,I ended up chasing my claim up myself and getting the results I needed due to numerous phone calls to the company by myself.plz could someone advise on were I stand on this and how to go forward in filling in my form as I have never done one before.many thanks.
