          admin@legalbeagles.info - thank you xx

Best to know the defence before applying to set aside, if anything needs amending then the draft defence for the set aside app is a decent place to do it - also the defence will need to be from guarantors point of view so will refer to the tenant's defence within it.

            Re: LLord Claim for £3000

Fab Ok so far defence exactly same. Only difference is that claimant sent the Singluar set of forms to us in one envelope- Plus mum noticed on photos taken for Advert- A condensation box in window of bathroom.. Which is what LL trying to claim for Mould damages.... Mum has no other evidence as it was all a claim against my actions- shes trying to claim I never let her in for inspection..Yet she was in over 10times in 5 months..I have my defence in numerous emails...due to screen shots of texts, scans of letters LL sent me and photos/video of apartment on Leaving day. Would be mountains of it to load here ? I can forward all to Kati to add ?? 😊

                      Re: LLord Claim for £3000

                      Sent items to Kati.
Got Papers Jan 26th- one set addressed to both ..sent by LL herself.

Defence filed Feb 22- For both of us..me and mum but signed by me as no place for mum to sign defence.

March 1st LL filed Judgement stating Mum had not replied to defence. Received March 5.

Also March 6th Kathryns House emailed me directions form for me alone.

Currently.. Waiting to ask to set aside and unsure if I should include Mums defence with the Set aside application.

When you filed the defence - did you do it on paper or via MCOL ? If by paper who did you send it to ?

                        What are those directions?

                          What are those directions?
ALL on paper- via recorded delivery to Kathryns House Business Centre which was listed on the froms.

Directions ask me to either go mediation or do I want to take it via small claims local court.

Meanwhile- it seems stupid because shes going after Mum for money anyway,

Thank you both so much for this.

The default Judgment for your mum, is the claim number on it different to the claim number on your letters from the court?

No it is the same I believe- both B2QZ6R90 I am looking at my directions form with my claim number and the Judgement against Mum- both the same number.
