Logbook loan help? ?

Hi all.

I previously posted on here regarding a logbook loan I had with Varooma.
My loan is paid off and they have sent me my logbook back but they're now saying I owe the repo costs??
I explained that they had sent me the logbook back so I thought it was finished with but they said it had been sent back to me in error and that I still owe £495.
Am I right in thinking now I have posession of my logbook that they can't enforce this?
Any advice would be appreciated. Tia

Think they would have to take Small Claims Court action to recover, UNLESS there is something buried in the T & C's for the loan specifying repo costs recoverable. Other Beagles may know more.
