  • Mortimer Clarke / Cabot Claim form

    Hi Guys,

I recieved a claim letter from Northampton county court.

It is regarding an old capital one credit card.

The particulars of the claim are a bit vague.

Can anyone help advise on my next move. I have completed the acknowledgment of service.

Do i now send a CCA request to Cabot?

    Thanks in advance

    G

    Morning guys,
I've sent the CCA request to Cabot and the CPR request to Mortimer Clarke.
Will keep you updated when I hear anything!
