  • MET Parking Charge Notice Appeal

    Hi all

    Happy New Year!

I received a ticket from MET Parking Services the other day. Have appealed it using the following:

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

I also pointed out that in their photo evidence, there is no evidence of any signage on the site. As far as I am aware, parking attendants have to take a picture of the parking T's & C's when issuing a ticket. Anybody have any advice on this or have been in a similar situation (re lack of signage etc)?

    Thanks!
    Adam

Did you have a ticket on the car? Sounds like it, in which case it is para 8 that is relevant. There is no requirement to T & C's to be photographed.

      No they don't.

If it was a notice attached to the vehicle then you should have waited for a postal notice.
