Re: Court Claim - Hillesden Securities / Black Horse Ltd - 14-12-2015

Hello, sorry for the delay in updates but life seemed to just take over. I've checked with the court, and the Claim has been stayed since 21/03/16. I've not heard anything since the letter I mentioned previously about the account changing hands. Can anyone help me with my next step please?

Many thanks,
MM

Hi Amethyst and nemesis45 sorry for the delay. DLC finally managed to provide me with a statement of account and a copy of there original contract. I've attached below the parts of the statement that are probably of most interest, which shows the most recent transaction until the PPI reclaim was on 06/08/2009. As for the "transfer of cash" on 23/01/2010 - I can only guess that this is all to do with the PPI reclaim, as I have never transferred cash to them - only ever paid through debit card, as shown earlier on the statement. Also the payment of £4050? I've never had that amount of money to hand to pay! Is this maybe when the debt was purchased?

Many thanks in advance!

MM

Hi Nem, I've attached everything again. Some are poor quality, but I can re-load specific sections again if you need more detail.

Hello,

Just an update, and that is that there is no update. I've not received any further correspondence from them since the post above. Will I get any notification that this has all been thrown out, or is it just going to languish in limbo for eternity?

Many thanks.
