Hi
I have received a court letter from Lowell regarding an old account I had with Vodafone.
apparently Vodafone served me a default notice but no date is stated, I am currently getting divorced and have not lived at my old address for 2 years? this was then passed onto Lowell who supposedly contacted me in July 2014?
I've enrolled and entered a defend plea on the Money Claim online,
what is my next step?
Not a clue how to go about this, any advice would be really appreciated

Hi,

Mobile phone accounts are service contracts no regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Which Solicitor is representing Lowell? Bryan Carter or Lowell Solicitors?
Can you recall when this contract was taken out?
Do you know when it was defaulted.
Do you check your credit reference files?
If not it would be a good idea to check, there is Noddle free online
this would show when the default was registered.

Agreement took out with Vodafone 14/07/10

I wasn't aware until they sent me a letter to my new address, then ignored it unfortunately!
