  • Action against my ex-wife!

I have been separated with my wife since 9 months and recently she filed a divorce petition and my child's custody case at court. My mind is all blank. I can't live without my daughter. She is the only hope of my life. I have been looking after my kid since the time my wife left me. I have hired Toronto-based criminal lawyers - Monteith, Baker, Johnston & Doodnauth to tackle this case. I hope I get the custody of my daughter. Waiting for the judge's final decision. I'm afraid whether she'll make any attempt to elope out of the country with my daughter as she has tried this before several times. What you guys think, will the court decision be in my favour?

    Good morning welcome to LB,
    Why criminal lawyers?
Is this in the UK Civil Courts Family Division?
Who can guess what the judges decision may be, we have
    no history of the case?
