Hey, I had to submit my defence on the weekend (no response to CCA and standard response from Bryan Carter) but I had trouble logging into www.moneyclaim.gov.uk so I have emailed my defence to: mcol@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

Do you think this will work? Shall I send it by post also?

It should work fine, but it would be a good idea to send a hardcopy as well, to the court and to the Claimant as backup - or if you canbear sitting on hold for a while yYou could always give the court a call and check it is all received, and if you need to send a copy to the claimant ( I'm not sure if they do it for you when you have to submit by email - like they would if it had gone through on MCOL )
