  • Has anyone been successful in claiming back credit card penalties from this lot

    Hi

Has anyone been successful in claiming back credit card charges/penalties from Ltsb?

is the success rate similar to that of such claims with Barclays?

I don't think there has been much success with credit card charges since they were reduced to £12 back in 2006. Most of those Barclays claims you might have seen on here were for charges imposed before 2006 when they were £25 odd before the Office of Fair Trading stepped in.
