  • Discover Access Holidays[timeshar ? ]]

My daughter and her partner joined this con company while on holiday last in Malta, the agreement was that they could choose so many holidays a year , but the only ones they have been offered are holidays in Scotland every time and top prices at that,
Have seen reviews on trip advisor and a lot of people are no0t happy for the same reason
There is no cancellation time even in the first 14 days, for only signing up for a year, but it looked like it except in the small print it says you can if you sign up for 10 years
They say they are not timeshre but club holidays, but the money is paid to Access2leisure ,apparently a timeshare company
When anyone is trying to cancel they are being threatened not to cancle the direct debit of £100 a month [2 couples involved] @£50 a month each, and if DD is cancelled threatened with Dsaniels Silverman debt collector
Has anyone here had any dealings with this company ,and what happened, thank you

Is there any chance you can post up a (redacted) copy of the contract?

This thread is from 2015, my daughters partner has just received a letter threatening legal action, as his card had run out and he has not renewed it,so no payments made, but he doesnt want to carry on with Discover Access as there were never any holidays available or they were just in England or Scotland,he joined hoping for holidays abroad,
Surely the fact that there was not even a 14 day cooling off period is illegal on Discover Accesses part
The reviews about this company are all bad and people are being threatened with legal action,or they have lost all any money paid,
Has anyone else had dealings with this company ?
