People like Marbles advertise Balance Transfers for account holders, they say do it thru your account area over the net? no area in account area?

Ring them and usual expensive telephone call, then told to ring back to-morrow, so do so to be told Ah! NO Balance Transfers from Cash Plus Gold Mastercards??

well seems to be a conspiracy between high interest companies? FOS waste of time just say we can complain for you but not advise if you are right to or not! Quoted

Marbles staff say go to ATM draw the cash and pay them off that way! charges????-

    Re: Balance transfers

Marbles are sending out letter of interest increases of 5% to 49.9%, accept or loose facility, then states in template letter that after review of how an account has been run and other factors we decided to increase?

Payment on time and over minimum amount each time?

their advertising state 35.5% ish but once to accept and the T&Cs appear then lost in the paperwork is 44.9% , when questioned told they can do that as in T&Cs state change at our whim,- unfair contract open ended? state of this country and Newday cards it seems/
