    Particulars of Claim:
    I have received a claim for a debt my friend ran up whilst living in my home, I have only just started to get on top of the 2 other debts she left, which I have been paying, I have been putting off dealing with the JDW debt as I knew they would want a payment I cannot afford, my naivety has now left me in this mess.

    I am hoping to raise the funds so as to try and avoid the ccj as it is not something I want linked to me, I think I am right in saying that even if I am able to pay the debt I. full I will still receive a ccj but it will show as satisfied?
