  • Please help, statute barred , also being taken to court upto 2016?

I have just managed to clear my credit file for the first time in years.

Now I have received court papers from united utilities for £3623 for water charges up to march 2016??

can they take me to court for charges advance ? also can any portion for that debt be statute barred?

I was on benefits up till 2 years ago looking after my disabled child so therefore unable to work.

I would really like to avoid a CCJ is there anything I can do to prevent this now?

Please Help I don't know what to put on these papers?
