yes i am sure that will be fine, i will speak to the defendant and redact the application made, i am sick and tired of these people particularly 'solicitors' issuing claims having not had site of a shred of evidence !

really when you think laterally about this the claim itself is based on ' hearsay'

if you walked into a solicitors office and asked them for their help, telling them x owed you £5000 can you help me issue a claim please, would they say yes of course without seeing a shred of evidence that x owed you anything ??
