    So we are now past the deadline for WS. We have not receive anything from Lowell. Should we check with the court to see if they've received it? Where do we go next?

              So the post just arrived.... still no witness statement but we did receive a notice of discontinuance! So no court date and no more stress over thi! Thank you so much to everyone for all of your help with this. So glad it finally seems to be over!
