          I've not had my CCA or CPR no response to my N180, is this a sign of a lack of CCA and a weakness in their case or just standard practice.

          Apologies for this long drawn out thread and endless questions.
          No problem with questions however many you need to ask Stu.

          Standard practice but will a large amount of " please pay us now because we can't win in court!!!

          My feeling would be to make an offer of your own, i.e. That you suggest that the claimant withdraws/ discontinues
          the claim as they have no prospect of enforcing the alleged debt.

            Would that be best a written letter or phone call Nem, or maybe both? if so to who the claimants or their solicitors. I would be happy to not have this go to court the stress has been unreal with it, and not sure as the outcome.. @Nem

              In writing to the claimant by signed for post, copy in the sols by normal post.

                Today I received a letter from weightmans with notice of discontinuance 👊🏻😁

                Thanks to all that took time to add to my case and help win it for me you know who you are 👍🏻
