Natwest packaged account success!!!

After one e-mail I received a phone call to say my complaint would be upheld.

Within a week Natwest repaid
£1998.89 package account fees
£1011.94 gross interest
less £202.39 tax @20%
I am really pleased with this result but noticed that another member received an amount for lending charges debited from account
should I accept above amount any advice welcomed
