I have been paying mortgage to Rooftop Mortgages since 2006 but never received statements.
Now i wish to find out the balance outstanding on the mortgage. To my chagrin, I could not find anything on the website except a dedicated phone line. Can anyone please help me ???

You should be getting an annual statement. If you want to know exactly what has been going on in your account, you could send them a SAR, that should yield statements for at leas the last six years. You'll find an example letter here, you may need to make a few amends to it but gives you the general idea. It'll cost your £10 + postage, ideally sent recorded delivery. They should respond in 40 days: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...765#post382765
