Consumer Rights Act 2015 .... Comes into enforcement on the 1st October 2015.
I've noticed nothing on here around the changes to the consumer rights act 2015 that will be coming into enforcement from the 1st October this year,
The Consumer Rights Act makes important changes to legislation that will affect every business that deals with consumers.
These important changes, coming into effect on 1st October 2015.
The Act will replace 12 other laws, such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
The Act clarifies and modernises existing law on the supply of goods, services & digital content.
The Act will apply to all contracts organisations enter into after 1st October 2015.
