    Hi there,

My sister-in-law is being harassed by a man who has kicked her cat and tried to spray it with bleach, her neighbour took a video of his latest behaviour (shouting, swearing and threatening at her door) and put it on Facebook. A CSO has called her and asked her to remove the video from Facebook...is she legally required to do so? Are there likely to be any repercussions if she does not?

Another part to the question, is there anything she can do legally? The police didn't want to help at all.
