  • CPR Part 8 Claim - Order for Sale following Charging Order

    Hi,
Hope all is well for everyone! I am so happy that I found this forum!

    QUICK BRIEF
I lent a couple some money under a loan agreement in 2010, they defaulted the payment and I made a money claim against them recently, I have now obtained a default judgement and interim and final charging order on their property and I would like to proceed to enforce the order by way of ‘Order for Sale’ as they failed to make any payment so far.

It has been hell for me for the last 5 years trying to get my money back as the defendants have been very difficult to deal with, I was so stress out to a point that I developed recurring skin condition; I can’t wait for this to be over! I borrowed the money to lend them; I know how stupid I was!

    QUESTIONS
Is Claim Form CPR Part 8 the right form to use for order for sale?

Could someone be kind enough to provide me a CPR Part 8 Claim application template similar to my case or direct me to one in particular on the following section as I really struggling to write without seeing how this is done?
    • Details of claim
    • Written evidence

If no template available, could someone be kind enough to explain to me what I should write on these two sections? Thanks in advance!
    Kind Regards,
    Stuart
