ANPR ticket from VCS - do I pay it?

Hi,

I have just received a £60 parking fine from robdogs VCS for parking over 2 hours in a 2 hour car park.

A) I'm pretty sure I wasn't there for over 2 hours (though can't prove it)
B) I really resent giving these criminals £60.

Lots of people saying 'just don't pay it' but I'd like to know where I stand legally before deciding what to do?

Any advice appreciated.

It all depends on the circumstances. Post up the PCN and signs and we can take it from there.

Not so easy for VCS as they are not BPA members with access to POPLA but we can win.
