    Seen this type of thing before, and a variant over the years.

    have seen it ware the tenant poses as the landlord in the last weeks of there tenancy, and takes deposit and fees befofre flitting . And there were allegations a few years back that irish travelers were renting houses and doing the same, or renting houses to sell stolen cars from.

    I really feel sorry for the people that lost money in this,
    crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
