    You seem to have taken all the necessary steps so far. :thumb:

    The default date recorded on your credit file is not a good indication of SBd status, if there were no payments or written acknowledgment since the early part of 2009, then it should be SBd. When the time comes, you could submit a SBd defence, although it's always a good idea to request the documents, etc. as a back-up plan.

    It would be a good idea if you could edit your post and remove the account number from the particulars of claim.
