  • Court order to surrender a commercial lease

    Hello,

I would be grateful for a pointer in the right direction. I would like a commercial premises lease ruled as being surrendered by operation of law. I have plenty of evidence to the fact - landlord re-letting, changing locks, refurbishing etc.

The landlord refuses to provide a deed of surrender.

Can I just file an N244 court application, setting out my evidence and asking for a court order to rule the lease as surrendered?

    Thanks for your help!
