Re: security officer being forced to work every weekend

I've looked at the second video - To be honest there isn't much in either we can use without having audio recordings. Basically the video just shows him talking to you in front of customers, but it doesn't show whats being said or tone hes using towards you nor does it show any distress being caused to you were as the audio records would.

However it doesn't change the fact hes in the wrong regarding trying to change your rota when he doesn't have the authority to do so since hes not employed by the company your employed by.

Ok no problem - any particular reason as to why he was being cagey?

I don't know just felt he wanted to say something but wasn't for some reason in response to a question earlier you said about him not really showing any anger it seemed to me by arm gesturing he was or don't you think so

Its hard to tell, many people use arm and hand gestures when talking, so it may not necessarily be aggression and could just as likely be frustration.

Sounds like he may have thought it better not to say anything about it to you. Maybe hes been told its not up to him what rota you work or something.

So has nothing else been said at all whilst you been at work the last couple of days or so?
