    No the Council agreed that we could register the land under AD MEDIUM FILUM and remove a public footpath that was put on def map by mistake the failed to do this The Judge heard evidence that I was obstructing a highway and my defence that the highway was legaly stopped up so no obstruction could take place this was dismissed and the court restored the public rights to the land knowing it is registered as hoving no public rights

        No leave to appeal was refused the only thing now is to try and get a copy of the transcript where the council gave evidence that is different to what he did if you understand and gave a different account as a litigant in person a Barrister for the council cannot be seen to be wrong
