  • Lloyds TSB Default on Noddle

So after having a claim form for another issue I opened a Noddle account.

There's a default on there for lloyds TSB for £520 with a default date of 19/03/2013.

Now I stopped using my Lloyds account around 3 years ago when I opened up another bank account, now i'm sure a lot of the £520 is for overdrawn charges or something similar.

Whats the best way to deal with this debt? would Lloyds be likely to lower the amount if I asked them nicely and setup a weekly payment plan?

Any help on how to approach this would be great

Are there any template letters I could use to ask Lloyd's for a breakdown of what I owe? I haven't got a clue how to write a formal letter or how to word it
