EA fees. Compliance stage, enforcement stage

Hi guys

Which section of the TCEA 2007 does it state the EA can add his fees to the original debt?

Obviously they are adding £75 + £235 but where in the act does it state this is added to the original debt and then termed 'sum recoverable'?

The Fees regs also state that a bailiff may recover his fees.
