    Re: Taxi Driver complaint

I for one would not get to close to an altercation between 2 people same as many others would who knows what develops from verbals it can and did not in this case turn nasty with those not directly involved drawn in deeper.

This has gone to a committee for decision if your friend has done nothing wrong truth will out remember at the moment its an allegation supported by statements others will decide

Agree Wales, part of the task of the Committee will be to assess the credibility of the witness evidence and decide, on the balance of probabilities, whose evidence they prefer.

        Hi to all
Thanks for the comments. I trust my friend completely. If he says it did not happen as the statements say, then I do believe him. I think (hope) eventually that the truth, commonsense will out. Wrong time, wrong place, hearing snippits, 1+1=3. If the customer (passenger) had learning problems then it is easier to understand what we take as normal practise is something more to them. Oh well time will tell i guess. Thanks again.

Not to wish to be blunt but it matters not what you believe, it is what the Licensing Committee believes that is important.

Even though you may not have heard what you wanted to hear, I hope you realise that people here have tried to help honestly.

Do come back and let us know the outcome.
