  • New user - thanks for having me!

    Hi there

I've been following a few threads on here relating to disputes with Civil Enforcement Limited over parking fines. I recently received a claim form from Debt Enforcement & Action Ltd for £215. The details on the form made it clear that this related to a stay in the Co-op car park in Whitby in July 2012, and that I had ignored all previous communications from them. I did remember receiving a PCN from them, but it didn't specify the car park, and after reading about similar cases online I ignored it. Only now do I know which car park the claim is referring to.

I have thought about paying the amount asked, but have had my mind changed by the weight of online fury against this firm and this car park in particular. Any advice would be gratefully received!:tinysmile_grin_t:
