Re: British Gas warrent of entry vulnerable

Can't answer your question sorry but from reading other info on the internet, applicants and energy companies tend to skirt over the truth. If I was in your situation, I'd probably want to get email confirmation that British Gas have been told of vulnerable occupants in a property.
Section 12 and 13 of the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (CEAR) is supposed to protect consumers via http://www.consumerfocus.org.uk/abou...xtra-help-unit but in practice I think they do nothing.
This FOI http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/reques...rrant_of_entry may give forum readers notice what expect when an entry warrant application is made.
