    hi all , a few weeks ago i left the house without breakfast and got a bit dizzy , i went home and my mrs had me go to the doctors , the whole thing then spiralled out of control , i was told by one doctor i was fine to drive and not to to tell the dvla but it got refered up the chain and they said i need a eeg ecg etc before i could drive again and may not be allowed to drive for six months , i did not have a accident or hit another car basically i just went to the doctors for a check up i drive for work and will loose everything if i cannot drive for six months , i will not receive any benefits as my girlfriend works and work will not take me on because i dont have a all clear letter from my doctor , is there anything i can do i

    by the way the letters about the ecg were sent before i had seen the second doctor who gave me the all clear so as far as i am concerned he was the only one to examine me and my last point of contact

      Hi,

      What was the reason for the referral "up the system was it explained why you needed
      the tests?

      Why can't you get the " all clear" letter from your doctor?

          for some reason they duplicated my files one for the gp and one for a and e . they have caused chaos in the system and they dont seem to be able to sort this out and keep sending me appointments for the exact same neurologist that gave me the all clear , because of this confusion they wont send me a letter for my insurance , its over a week since i was told it was okay to drive by the doctor but i cannot prove it to the insurance , if the dvla gets involved it will be even more of a balls up , i
