    Hi All
    Been off with stress for two months & non of the work colleagues
    Wish to be present at grievance meeting. Do not wish to face my employer by myself.

    Not sure what the out come will be & presently I feel that I cannot go back to work. Being off work with stress could affect my future employment esle where.

    Not sure what the out come will be at the meetings. Can any one advise what options I have?.

    I'm not sure that I understand this. Can you elaborate a bit, please?
    Are you saying that you have a grievance against your employer and they have asked you to come in for a meeting to explain it?
