  • Smart parking pcn

    Hello to all,
New to the site, so please bear with me.

I received a Parking Charge Notice - Do Not Ignore from SMART PARKING, (ANPR camera incident) l overstayed free time.
My intention was to appeal within 28 days, just realised that l am one day out of the 28 day period.

Is it too late to appeal?
After reading many posts saying to ignore all correspondence, not sure what to do.

    Any advice would be appreciated

      Appeal. https://payments.townandcityparking....live-pgc-user/

      Dear sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signs. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

      Yours etc

If you get a popla code come back for further advice.
