There is over 30 in the company with the same issue. I have another job now and they say they're priority first is to pay the staff who have stayed loyal and are still there. My bills are bouncing now as only just started new job. They owe me £3000 after tax. . What can I do? ??

Write "Letter before Action" as a prelude to filing a county court claim.
Might not produce instant payout, but no reason to delay while you try any other avenues.

Well I doubt ACAS will write the letter for you.
I'm afraid you need to put pen to paper, I would suggest on the following lines:

            Head letter: LETTER BEFORE ACTION

            Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to claim monies which I believe are owed to me following the endingof my employment.
I am owed wages in the sum of £..... for the period x –x plus holiday pay of x days ( also if applicable mention notice pay or pay in lieu of notice of x weeks pay or any other money due)
Please make arrangements to forward the outstanding monies within the next 14days.
If I do not receive payment I will start proceedings forbreach of contract/unlawful deduction from wages, without further advice.
When replying please send me a copy of my contract of employment.
            Yours faithfully

Others might suggest alternate wordings for the letter
