  • Abusive peeping Tom neighbours

I have lived in my house for 2 years everyone moved in around the same time and things were mutual in a matter of weeks I noticed my neighbours in front becoming verbally abusive to the other tenants over a parking space which is not allocated to them they insist it's theirs and no one can park in it.. I have seen them making cut throat marks at the young children that play outside mostly when their ball or kids goes near their fence or car. He is straight at his window when he sees anyone park in the non allocated space to hurl abuse. He is at the window within seconds window being upstairs makes me think he sits there watching.. I have had him open my window and hurl abuse at me in front of my kids due to my mum parking in this space.. This was reported to police who done nothing and reported to my local council.. 2 years on and the nosy neighbours have been verbally aggressive to 7 different tenants resulting in 1 neighbour moving.. They ring the police on me and my neighbours all the time with no offences committed.. He is spying on me and my neighbour although I cannot see him watching I have seen and been told the files of evidence he has on us that he has given to police.. They told me after a few weeks of moving in when he hurled abuse at me that my partner was sleeping with a certain someone I have just found out it is true but how would they know if they don't watch my house??? The most I have said to them is hello! I don't like them watching me and my household and find it a invasion of my n my kids privacy council are well aware but nothing seems to be being done about the violent bully.

You need to keep complaining to the council ... this sort of behaviour is not acceptable

I really feel for you Jay –This sort of thing can drive you right to the edge. I agree with the above comments. Try and get some footage on your mobile phone or similar of this git hurling abuse about and keep on complaining to the council. Talk to the other residents and if you all get together and sign a letter to the council it will help. Click image for larger version

ID:	1164817Then keep the pressure up. Find out who your local councillor is and put a rocket under him. You need to tell your local councillor and MP that the police have not taken his treats of violence seriously. Again the more evidence and witnesses you have the better. If he is nosey and watches people through the window, it is not a crime but to threaten people is. That family need to know that the entire street is against them. United you stand and all that! It is time you all ganged up and bullied them right back.
This is your home and your life. It is worth fighting for!
