    JUDGMENT -> http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...807#post538807

    Is this being heard this week ? I thought it was being heard tmw ( well today - Monday ) but can't see it on the Court of Appeal list.

    Are we going to play guess when judgment will be handed down ?

          Yes. Not very clear.

          Not sure what 'float' means in that context either, but gotta be better than 'sink'.

            Well hopefully it'll be Parking Eye that will be sinking.

                      Just found that. Bargepole represented one of the defendants in the original case of Beavis and Wardley. Fair to say if you see him or Andy Foster (the other lay rep) post something that they have the inside scoop.

                        float means that it will float over two days normally, so you will only know the night before if your in court or not

                          2 to 5 weeks before a decision Barry guesses. Apparently.

                            Sounds about right. I doubt parking eye will be particularly keen on expediting it.

                            God Barry had better win or we're all stuffed. (well slight over reaction but it'll be quite irritating)

                              The courtroom was full to overflowing for the hearing, with representatives from Parking Companies such as Park Direct and Euro Car parks; debt recovery companies such as Debt Recovery Plus, ATAs such as the Independent Parking Committee, and of course representatives from motoring organisations such as the BMPA, NMAG, NoToMob, pepipoo and MSE.............
