  • Redundancy selection.

    Anybody on here specialise in contracts and employment law....???????
    My contract states I work at depot A (But will work where required) I have been working at depot B since i started, now 4 of us have been selected for redundancy as that is where we work from with the machines.. ?? I am the only one with a contract stating depot A..

      Consultation is due next wednesday on a 1 to 1 and i would like to be able to quote my contract address as depot A especially as they are looking to move a machine to that depot...
