  • Talk Talk contract

    Hello all!!
I am in need (again) of a little bit of advice.
As an LTD I have recently signed a contract with Talk Talk for their land line and broad band services. They have installed it last month and since the I must have phoned them at least 10 times , issues with phone .I got to a point where I told them to put a bar on my land line and went back to my previous provider. I have since send a Formal complaint, and a SAR request to their head office ( i basically asked for telephone conversation transcript ) as I am pretty sure that I have not been informed that they only have only 7 days to cancel the contract instead of the normal 14 days .
I know that as a business the Consumer Credit rights are quite limited , but I have not heard anything back from my complaint or the SAR request. Direct debit payments are still being taken from my account and I am using my previous provider services.
What can my next step be? I am considering to cancel my DD but I do not want to affect my credit so I am a bit stuck.
Any advice will be very much appreciated.
