  • Suspended for falsification of documents???

    Hi there,Please help

I was taking handwritten notes in an investigation. After that straight away i typed them and send them to the chair of the meeting He saved them as Final and booked the Disciplinary for this employer When the employer received the notes he complained that in the notes is not everything that he said .After the meeting by mistake i forgot the notes in my jacket and took them home and my wife put them in the bin because she thought that are not important .Now they suspended me for falsification of documents
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE DISMISSED FOR THIS EVEN IF I HAVE WITNESSES THAT SAW ME THAT I HAD THE NOTES AND I TYPED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY ON THE COMPUTER AND ALSO I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 6 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT?

Your advice would be much appreciated!!!!

    PLEASEEEEEE
