  • Defense and Witness Statements - Room for improvement?

    Hi all

I would like to thank the site and all its members for the the great advice I have been given.

I have attached my Witness statement for N244 application to strike out and Defense statement (First draft) My spelling and grammar is poor so please point anything out. Any advice on making it stronger would also be welcomed.

I have also attached my Claim form so you know what's going on.

I hope this helps others as much as all the other drafts that members have posted have helped me.

    Thanks again
