  • CPR31.14 sent to Restons solicitors

    Hi

I have sent a CPR31.14 to Restons solicitors and they have sent back a letter requesting a signature. I have not responded to this.
They have now sent back a letter stating "This is a simple debt recovery action and lists 3 facts:-

    1. loan an taken out on or about 22nd July 2009
    2. Statements of accounts sent by bank on annual basis
    3. Assigned account to Cabot Financial 18 July 2014

they go on to say that they are currently awaiting copies of necessary documents and will provide them when they receive them.

What do I need to do? They are over the time limit to provide already can I ask the court to throw this out?

A signature for what? A CCA request? No sig needed. CPR31.14 sign it.
Are they sending the document (s) or not?

          Information supplied by claimant inaccurate

          Hello

i asked for information cpr31.14 to be submitted.

5 months later I receive a copy of a credit card application form which has lots of crossing outs and shows incorrect card and account number. Therefore, can I ask for this is to be struck out or has it already been done

Please keep to one thread apart from it being confusing we don't have enough history of the debt to advise properly.

              Hello Kati

i received a county court claim and subsequently sent a CPR31.14 request to Restons. They responded initially with a letter stating that they require a signature to provide this infoation. Then a week later they sent a further letter stating they would send info but need time to do so

If you can tell us using the form HERE as much info as you can about them (complete the form once for EACH claim) then I'll sort it so everyone can understand what's happening with your claims and advise you
