  • Does This Make Sense ?

What i cannot understand is why and again i say do bailiff companies not stick to the court system and to their rules. I have been in particular following the legal case of a well known person. Todate all that the bailiff company has done is delay over and over again. Despite knowing well that they have screwed up big time. I will in a few days update this thread with the relevant links and so on to show everybody what a sad affair this is. however as a start i would like you to look at this screen print from a well known bailiff company and note the name and also the ip address. Now note the total collected and then total remitted.here :

At the same time look at this link where it is what the same company charges when a pcn reaches £95.00
    http://www.jbw.co.uk/documents/fees.pdf

now does this make sense to you ? It does not make sense to me however please correct me if i am wrong in saying that the bailiff website is misleading !!!! If that is not then the printout is misleading. Make up your own minds
If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october. If you think my posts are helpful or are guiding you in the right direction do show your appreciation by giving me a green blob.

THE FIRST LINK IS SCREEN PRINT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT COLLECTED IN FEES ETC FROM THE DEBTOR. THE SECOND LINK IS THE FEES THAT THE BAILIFF COMPANY ADVERTISE ON THIER WEBSITE. ACCORDING TO THAT THE SCREEN PRINT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

Its a shame you have got a scrrenshot of the tab 'Debt and Fees' as this would prob confirm things better

The bottom half on the screen is showing the 'basic' details it would be good to see the 'Debt & Fee' details as this would probably show the breakdown

Without seeing how they have broken it down, I dont know what you are looking for poeple to say about it?
Unless I am missing the point completely!

As far as i can see you are saying something is a TOTAL amount and that they have individual charges that make it up, and you want to know how its made up??

If my understanding of what you are asking is correct, then you need the breakdown screen print.
for example your lunch bill costs £4,25 made up of sandwiches and crisps, without the menu with the prices on you cannot see how the Total bill is made.
I dont want to sound patronising, but I dont think you have understood what I have asked for in my previous posts.

For example their breakdown might show 3 initial visits or something logged that you now hasnt been done.
