          There's been a few of them by the looks of it ... WHY do DCAs need to subscribe to the 'lending code' I wonder?

                    Well by the rules they have subscribed to.... Yes.... I would imagine they would probably be about as forthcoming on the existence of this code (and the board itself) as other institutions have been, I found it purely by accident. It really does need highlighting, or should I say HIGHLIGHTING! mashappy:

                        Yes true... BUT having signed up for them it is handy for filling up those empty spaces on defense forms for when they forget their promises and toddle off to court... Judge's and Sheriff's take a dim view of firms making promises they don't keep..
                        We must make sure that their promises are quoted as standard...
